Working with Chef Russell Brown is always enjoyable – even after a 10hr shoot! The funny thing for me was when a student asked “How long are you here for?” I told him a half day, then he replied “What 10hrs!” Yeap!

Like most thing in life, it’s interesting to see the people that put in the hours and rewards they receive from the hard work and energy given.
